- Apollo 13 a spaceship that has a history as well known as the first moon landing when it came to space travel but this was not a great thing for the shuttle or the occupants (don’t worry they were all right) during the flight its oxygen tank was ruptured and caused it to explode when it was meant to be the 3rd moon landing. The reason one of the oxygen tanks had blown up was because it was suppose to be a part of the Apollo 10 spacecraft, but they took it off to modify it but when they took it off it was damaged, it was modified and fixed up but not good enough there was still a problem with it when they did a test one how the rocket was coming along with the ability to get it into orbit it after the test was over was at 93% of its holding capability after a test it should be around 50% of its capability for holding the oxygen now the amount of effort after was so high you think they could have prevented this from ever happening but as the history books will say that it never worked like it was meant to so that is the reason it all happened but I bet you are trying to figure out what the part above (don’t worry they were all right) it means that they were all right but I think you want to know how they were alright. What happened was that after they got to space they were unable to land because they would be unable to get off the moon, so they orbited moon and then came back to the planet now a few of them were afraid that something would go wrong but I’m sure a lot of you would be to, I mean think about it.
- Apollo 13’s back up plan. Apollo 13 had a plan incase of a malfunction (which we know happened) and it was an escape pod for if they need to get out of the ship before they were out of orbit witch as been documented has happed now as you can look up the reports about what happened and you can see a the photos about the landing of the escape pod and the status of the crew and what the crew thought after they were safe, now some of them were shaken. Now I just need to let you know that there were only 3 crew members. One of them scheduled 32 hours prior for lunch (strange huh?).

What happened is the landing was into the Pacific Ocean and they were all right that was it they did get by safely so they lived and were able to get to safety they landed near Samoa. After the rescue a leader of the Russian group that saved and then they sent a fake invoice saying that you owe us this much and that there was a 2% discount.
